Today Lynette and I took the kids out for a bike ride / walk at a local park. There's a great track around the park so Jessica and Sean could cycle on their bikes, Luke tried the truck but ended up surrendering it to Lynette's Jessica and toddled instead. He has not quite got the hang of a black bike either as he has rather short legs, poor boy, but loved running ahead and exploring.
I grabbed these pics with my cell phone - the four of them play together beautifully and are good buddies. Lynette is my cool friend who I can rely on for a laugh, encouragement and lots of great kid time while we have a cuppa and recover/mediate/etc.
Perfect end to the day!
