Sat-er-5-day of the Wimpy mom series

Horns in!  We all slept in and thankfully well. Still in bed at 8.30am all watching videos (yay).

I declined a birthday invitation, and we spent the morning making cardboard houses and then painting them. There's a lot of paint in my courtyard, and I did find an enterprising male artist decorating the walls of the house. Ah ha. The paint was water-soluble! (Score one to mom).

Boxes done, kids washed off by running through the hose and jumped in the car to drive to Tim and Collette for a braai and playtime and bathtime. Great headspace time! And home all ready for bed.

End of day 5. Adam and co are in Hanover tonight, complete with cat, trailer and plants. Counting down the minutes...
