The campsite... new tent on the left, kids tent on the right
The important stuff in the small boy's morning (tea & ruskies & weetbix)
Early morning snuggles!
The packing solution - worked a treat!
The fisherman in our family - Luke inherited Adam's rod that he was given by Grandpa Dave when he was only eight
Dad and Luke going through the basics of fishing...
And the first fish! A boxy, aka puffer fish.
The second fish...
And guess who caught them both :) My grandma Ambrose would be proud of me!
Toe time...
Jessica playing with Jana from the campsite next to us
Jessica claiming the beach as her own!
The Arch. We thought this was the arch rock that the campsite was named after, only to discover that actually we missed it by a few hundred metres as it was further up the beach!
Of course, we had to bag the peak! Or whatever you call standing on top of a rock arch. Not really a peak?
And dampness! It rained the last night. Adam and I were snug in our tent but the kids were sogged out as their tent filled up with water gradually.
Then we packed it all up and headed north for the warmer inland of Addo Elephant Park.
