So we put Jessica to bed tonight and have been ignoring the rustly noises and giggles at one of the CATastrophes from her bedroom. And then came a shout:
"Guys, you forgot to put up the COUNT-DOWN Callerpittar!"
... Silence from the parents in the study next door.
"YOOOO HOOO!"
"GUYS!!!"
"GUYS, YOU FORGOT TO PUT UP THE COUNT-DOWN CALLERPITTAR!"
... Helpless giggles from the daddy and the mommy, valiantly suppressed, and then the daddy says "OK Jessica, I'll put up the caterpillar right now". Footsteps in the kitchen and the caterpillar makes it up on the cupboard. Dad returns while mom is still giggling.
"Anyone?" (A small voice from the direction of Luke's bedroom).
... More giggles from the big people. Mommy investigates to find the small boy was talking in his sleep. He's way gone into the land of Nod. But on her way back to the computer Mommy did find the Po-cat dribbling a bolt down the passage with great skill and super-handy paws. If it's not a kid, it's the cats!
