Work, blue skies and pink flowers

Blogger is advertising that you can publish in Hebrew, Arabic and Persian, but I think I will settle for plain English mixed with a few da-da-da oooh's.
Whew, the past weeks have flown past. We still don't have a pic of the first toof, but it's about to be christened with Jessica's first toothpaste which is strawberry-flavoured. Apparently strawberry is popular, or so I learnt from a mom in Pick 'n Pay yesterday.
Monica, our nanny/housecleaner is a real sweetheart and tickles and plays with Jessica every Tuesday and Thursday. She is such a blessing: I know that I can trust Jessica to her arms and head off to clients without panic. I couldn't do it any other way, I think. Talking work, it's quite a challenge to work and stay home. Trying to fit in computer time to deliver on deadlines, and try help to develop Jessica is a challenge. Not quite sure what I am doing most of the time. My first big project is due by the end of the month and I am rushing to finish it so that I have time to do other stuff that is coming in. I think the client will be thrilled if I do. So, the challenge for the next week - a marketing SLA for OM plus several policies on top of a research project for PC. Hmm!
However, the flowers are blooming pink in the tree outside the lounge, framed against a lovely blue blue sky. We'll head to Silvermine later for a walk... a mind-clearing and wonderful thing to do amongst the fynbos. :) I love living here.
More later...
