pins. A bit wobbly, to be sure, but very pleased with himself and
definitely on a mission to view the world.
He started on Friday, by walking across the kids' blue carpet all on
his ownsome while I was on the phone to Adam at work. Then practised
on Saturday (looking cute), did about 40/60 on the walk/crawl ration
yesterday on Mother's Day, and today he was off. We visited the
mini-Aquarium (fish shop round the corner) and he enthusiastically
walked from tank to tank going "Wow" "Wow". That's my Lukester! Oh,
and he toddled all around First Ascent today too, and headed up their
stairs asap when I was not looking.
A new era has begun. To kick it off properly, he also got his first
buzz cut tonight, and the flappy fuzzy pieces of blonde hair are gone.
He does still have cute appeal with shorter hair though, primarily
'cos of the HUUUUUUUUGE grins we get from his chubby face. Life moves
on swiftly.
